The Story
Inspired by Jamaican rum, Bavay’s signature dark spirit has been crafted using
time-honoured methods mastered at the distillery’s heritage site for almost a century. With every sip comes an appreciation of the liquor’s unique flavour profile of delicately caramelised molasses and aromas of smoked clove imparted from oak barrels.

15ml Triple Sec

METHOD
Add all ingredients to shaker, strain over large ice and garnish with pineapple leaves and cherry or mint.
