The Story
A Cuban inspired liqueur steeped with cold brewed coffee cultivated high in the Sierra Maestra Mountains. The earthy tones of Bavay’s unique strain of yeast is a serendipitous complement to the notes of chocolate, leather and brown butter drawn from single-origin beans.
Crafted for coffee lovers and drinkers, Origin Espresso will add vigour to a Espresso Martini, and may be enjoyed as a digestif to summon the early hours of the morning with a pep in your step.

45ml Espresso
10ml Sugar
Pinch of Salt
METHOD
Then pour briskly into a cocktail glass. (Scrape out foam inside if necessary) Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
