A cocktail inspired by the Japanese concept of Umami meaning “essence of deliciousness”. It is a modern take on a classic and is the perfect harmony of flavours.

60ml Bavay Silver (kaffir lime infused)
30ml Lime Juice
20ml Falenum
1g Wasabi
METHOD
Add all ingredients to shaker, double strain into chilled martini, garnish with kaffir lime pegged.
